“Our conversation table is just the perfect item for use in our 4 Seasons Sunroom. Shout out to Customer Service for helping us with (2ea) replacement screws needed to correctly complete our assembly. The table is of high quality and worth the purchase price for sure.”

“The composition of the materials is very good except that the faux wood easily sratches - what can be done to address scratches that impact the color to the chairs and table? Unfortunitly the arms are close to impossible to attach - there's got to be a better way and have a screw rather than the odd dual screw that's impossible to properly attach. The chairs were missing several holes for the screws which was a major pain - you'd think the copany would have some level of QC which would have cought the missing holes for the screws.”

Robert, Sorry to hear of the issues you were experiencing. In some cases the missing holes may have been a call for a wood screw (not a bolt) to go directly into the material. It keeps and holds a tighter bond between the two pieces you are joining together. I'm not sure if that was the case with yours.
