“This is my second purchase from PPP. Both purchases have been for over 3K each. The company has excellent service, fast shipping and an ocassional extra discount. In Commiefornia where sales tax is 10% or more the NO SALES TAX with PPP is a deal MAKER. Not to mention free shipping right to your driveway. I live on the beach so Polywood furniture is a must. I already owned some that has been on our deck for 5 years and it looks like the day it was delivered. All of the hardware is Stainless Marine grade. Did I mention that Polywood is Made In The USA. If you have shopped for Polywood furniture then you know there is no better deal anywhere than PPP.”

“I ordered my product on 2/10/25 and as of 2/23/25 I have no idea of the status of my order. It's difficult to rate your performance since Ive seen no product but you got my money. I am only guessing that you sent me this email because maybe you believe you have delivered it but there is no such indication on you website.”

“After spending north of $2k, it was extremely irksome to have to re-drill every hole in one chair, and several holes in the other chair for assembly to be possible. Very pleased with the end product.”

Steve, I would like to bring to your attention that some of the screws holes that are not predrilled on certain furniture. If it calls for a stainless steel wood type screw, those are to be screwed directly into the material for a stronger hold. If it was the case that it was for a bolt with a nut or other tightening method, those should have been been predrilled. We would have gladly replaced those items for you if that was the case, but it sounds like it worked out okay. You purchased the Luxcraft furniture which carries a lifetime warranty. Sorry for the inconvenience. Premium Poly Patios.

“The chairs are well made very sturdy. Doesn’t move when you get up. I fell in love with these chairs when I was in Tahoe, they hold up well. I bought the loggerhead brand Adirondack chairs and table to match in the color of cedar. Very beautiful.”

“Extremely durable and very comfortable. Having shorter legs it is hard to find rockers that allow my feet to touch the ground. This one does. The material is also a smooth texture making it pleasant to touch.”
