When I refused an up charge they took my site down and said Google took it down. I tried to buy an add from Google to verify and they told me that Premier Logo had taken the site down. Miraculously the site came back when I reported this to them. When they couldn't pull off the functionality of the site all of a sudden my site got "hacked". They wanted $5k to fix that.
