“Easy site to use, very excited to receive my first box. I liked the fact I got an email to choose one of my products as it was more personalised to my needs! Fantastic price, the only thing I could recommend for improvement would be more information on the way that payment works - for example I purchased my box mid-may and paid £13. Will that pay for my June box? As I have read that money comes out on the 1st of each month so would that mean I have to pay twice for one box? This could be made clearer but either way I am excited to receive!”

“I found the website was easy to navigate, the items I ordered arrived in a quick manner and the box was clearly labelled so I knew who it was from immediately. The only reason I did not put "Very Good" was because the box itself was too large for the two items I bought, meaning that a lot of packaging needed to be used to ensure they arrived safely and in good condition. I appreciate this is a safety precaution and a show of consideration on their end, and am grateful, just a bit deflated by the idea that this was necessary. Products seem to be perfect though, exactly what I ordered and expected, with good feedback on where the order was in the process of delivery. Very thankful to all who were involved.”
