Prezzybox's supplier sent a mug that was wrapped in a sheet of plastic with no other protection. It was a birthday gift and, due to the total lack of care or common sense in packing, arrived in pieces. While Prezzybox helped with arranging a replacement, neither they nor the supplier adequately apologised. When I requested that the replacement be properly packaged to avoid further disappointment, all Prezzybox felt fit to say was 'we will pass your request on to the supplier'. My feeling was that, while this may be an efficient company, they care little about the sentiment behind gift giving. A simple 'we are really sorry that this happened and that it caused disappointment. We will do everything we can to get you a quick replacement' was the sort of sentiment I was looking for rather than their efficient yet cold way of arranging a replacement.

very prompt service and a nice mug but VERY disappointed with the picture which has been overtaken with too much red!!!! I didn't give it to my friend for his birthday as I thought it looked cheap which it wasn't! The example you show on your website is acceptable and what I was expecting...I would like to return it but the postage would be too much.

I was disappointed Because I ordered red and pink roses, they were flowers I had in my wedding bouquet but the ‘pink’ ones were practically white (blood and bandages). If pink roses were not available I would like to have been advised. Pat Aston

I am still waiting for my order which was supposed to be 2-4 days ago. I am anticipating an email to advise me of my delivery date. I don't mind waiting but don't give me a date and not deliver.

Arrived 4 days after Christmas even though it said “arrives before Christmas” on the site. Very disappointing and had to pay out extra for more presents to make up for the order not arriving.

My order was way late in being processed and delivered, also the main part of my order was not able to be delivered has was out of stock ( apparently). However they did pay back the money for this part. This did not compensate the fact that this part being missing ruined the full impact of the present.

I like the variety of items but when I purchased my items it was delayed almost 2 weeks and I didn't receive any update about the problem of delay for 1 and a half week later. Still when the delivery arrived I was happy with what I got. The 2 star is only cos of delivery delay.

Hi, the product was good and ordering easy but I paid extra for next day delivery, which took 3 days, and the parcel was addressed to me, not to my gift recipients, which caused confusion. I did put their details for delivery so I was disappointed this happened.

Will change review if I hear back from company! Spent alot of money on item and never got a tracking number or anything! I emailed about my tracking as it's meant to be here tomorrow or next few days but nothing! Will wait an extra day but then I will be contacting PayPal for a refund as it's a Christmas present 😞
