Accepted the order, took payment, then messaged to say they can’t deliver to NI because of Brexit. NI is in UK so I’m not sure why. Shame. Perfectly pleasant replies to messages and refund now received but still. Disappointing.

Cant delivery to Northern Ireland but lets you proceed with order and place it, I feel like not being able to delivery to Northern Ireland should be made more obvious

You used Hermes to deliver a product that I have paid for and yet not received - even though Hermes said it was delivered to a photo that was not my property. It is appalling that nobody has acted promptly on this.

Having shopped as a logged in user i.e. my location was known, I placed my order and paid for it to have it cancelled immediately due to Brexit restrictions. Devastated. If it wasn't possible to ship to NI there should be notification to say so. I appreciated the offer of a £5 voucher but will I be able to use it 🤔.

Sorry but your couriers hermes has really let you down. Left my parcel out in the rain it got wet it was also left in between our wheelie bins in a public alley way. Great job hermes.

Tracking said delivered 21.30 on11nov.IT WAS NOT. It was delivered on12 Nov at 13.20. Tracking in this case was useless. Happy with items. In my opinion there are better delivery firms about. Have a good xmas

Well I still haven’t received anything even though I’ve been told it’s been dispatched. Plus I’ve been told there’s no tracking information to be able to track it?!

Ordered 1 week ago,Saturday 25th September, still have not received my order which did say it would be delivered between 30th September and 2nd October. Have not received any information regarding a delay.

Bought a tour for Chilford Hall vineyard including lunch for a birthday present next week but to say the least disappointed to discover the tours had already finished for the season and next ones will be Easter 2022! Worse, Chilford had told you the tours had ended for the season so why are you still selling them??
