Delivery was prompt. Please be aware the set of three cutlery is completely different from the set of four. I thought it would be the same with one less piece. Not the case! The three set is totally different. The description does not apply to both sets so please be careful when ordering.

Really disappointed that my purchase could not be completed because I live in Northern Ireland. I understand this is beyond your control be would query why other sellers can process the order. I feel this should have been made clearer on website. Thanks.

No problem with Prezzybox. Post Office delivery is a shambles. No delivery attempt ticket. No ability to pick parcel up from nearest PO depot. Next delivery slot available 4 days after the first try.

I ordered the gin gift set and the llamas sadly when I opened the box I noticed the gin bottles had leaked as the lids were not on the bottles correctly but other than that delivery time was great

Given that you are called 'Prezzy box' I was a bit suprised that there was no option to send items such as a birthday card and birthday present together, as one delivery, as a PRESENT. I also couldn't see any option to tick a box to say that the item was a gift and to therefore hide any monetary value. I just hope both items have arrived at my chosen delivery address by the recipient's birthday.

I placed an order and wanted my order to be delivered quickly as it was a gift for a friend who was going away after 2 days. So I paid extra for the next day delivery. I was so disappointed to receive my parcel the 3rd day after placing the order instead of the next day. If you want to keep your customers happy, then maybe you need to change your delivery system as I feel that I was ripped off for an appaling delivery.

Ordered plenty of time before Mother’s Day which is tomorrow (Sunday) but items haven’t arrived yet, you don’t deliver on Sunday which means my mum won’t get her gift on Mother’s Day! Disappointed!

Was quite disappointed with my order. I ordered two games which came together; both had damaged packaging... one of them the bottom of the box was completely open and it was all torn and scuffed up. Wouldn't normally mind that much if ordering for myself but as it was a gift it looks really bad. Not sure if it was cheap quality packaging or rough handling in the delivery process, but for an extra 3.99 delivery, I expected the items to be posted and packaged with a bit more care. Probably won't use this company again as isn't worth the risk of getting damaged items when you want to give them away as a gift.

Promise next day delivery and it arrived 5 days later. Covid given as the excuse, which granted, was probably a valid one, but if you cannot guarantee next day delivery do not advertise as such.

Felt rushed through the ordering process... no function to select delivery date, or write a message, got confused as billing address was showing the recipitents.. Gift sent immediately so no alteration or update could be made. Awaiting to hear if gift was of satisfactory quality or indeed if it has arrived.

My parcel had been opened by the time I received it. The item was intact but unfortunately both the parcel that it was delivered in and the box from Prezzybox.com were opened and damaged.

I would like to be able to provide a review , unfortunately I have still not received the goods ordered 4 days ago , despite paying for Express delivery. The parcel Is with Hermes and has been for 3 days. Disappointed as was meant to be a Xmas present.

Delivery good. Wrapping good. Product rubbish - website wasn’t specific. Label was stuck on disgracefully. Air bubbles everywhere Would NOT recommend this product or this company
