Arrived late, even though I paid for specified delivery date. Packaging was very poor and one item's packaging from six, was damaged.

Unfortunately your estimated delivery time did not meet expectations, I ordered with a slot between Friday 17th and Monday 20th of December for our staff party secret Santa gift but I’ve been left making a mad dash to find another gift as it didn’t arrive by that time.

Product seems fine. I paid for next day delivery as it was a birthday present and the present and it arrived three days later than ordered. Which would have been the same time as the free delivery

The website was great, the options were easily accessible and perfect for my needs. I was very happy there was the option for Saturday courier delivery and I was happy to pay the extra for this It was only on the confirmation email that it mentioned a possible delay, and normally I wouldn't mind, but it is now Monday and I haven't even had a dispatch notice. It's Christmas Eve on Friday, and I have no idea when all the presents will arrive. And I'm wondering why I paid the extra for delivery. I'd quite like my order to arrive. Then I can fill out the other questions. When will it arrive?

After receiving my poster rolled up in a tube I took it out and it had 4 creases which looked like it had been folded. I emailed them 3 times to which you receive a automated response and now unable to contact them at all. Very poor service especially when the poster cost over £20.

the items were perfectly acceptable but, sadly, the choice of Herpes as courier ruined the whole experience. Herpes didnt bother knocking or ringing, the box was simply left outside - in torrential rain. I shan’t use your company again, unless you review your choice of courier. Herpes are the pits.

Delivery was quite fast but I ordered the gluten-free hot chocolate shot gift set and I received the original with gluten and the box was squashed.

Shopping experience was good. However I paid for next day delivery and four days later I’ve still not received the order. Really disappointed as these were Christmas presents for visitors that are currently here. Don’t think I would use again, as presents are normally used in a certain time frame.

You need to change courier. Here's are poor. I've got 3 ordered that Hermes have and they all sit on processing for days and days.

I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this website if you're planning to order a last minute gift. I paid for Next Day Delivery and it was shown on website that's gonna be delivered on the date that I wanted. 3 days later the parcel is still stuck somewhere and of course the gift didn't make it in time. Customer service isn't much help either, telling me to wait until end of the week and then contact them again. If you cannot provide some services then don't offer them! Will definitely not reorder from here again.

Product was delivered soaking wet. As a gift company using a useless delivery company like Hermes means I won't use Prezzybox.com again.
