I paid for express delivery so that my gift would arrive on time and it has not arrived when it said, despite being charged extra.

Goods were for sale on website even though they’d been discontinued. Having said that, they were quick to realise their mistake and started process for a refund

Not sure how I can rate it, as paid for next day delivery and it’s now been over 6 days. I emailed and got told yodal are busy. Why are you offering next day delivery if it’s not possible? Not the greatest experience so far and still haven’t got the goods I have paid for

Unfortunately my shopping experience with Prezzybox has been very disappointing. I paid for GUARANTEED next day delivery and 3 days on my parcel has still not been delivered. Whilst Prezzybox refunded the difference between next day and standard delivery charge to me, that really isn't the point as the parcel has not been received for the day it was needed and is now very late!

My gift was supposed to arrive but still no sign of it. Money taken but gift not even passed on to the distribution people yet. Why give a date if they can't keep it

Delivery date of between Wed-Friday not adhered to. Still don't know when parcel will arrive. Unacceptable. Will not recommend or use again.

Placed my order and then a number of days later you contact to say you cant deliver to Ireland. This fascinates me as deliveries are made all over the world every day. Poor service that this was not outlined at the stage of ordering and would have saved me so much time.

I found ordering very easy with big variety of present and I was comforted by your name Pressybox but if you had let me know that my order (an eighteenth birthday present for my grandson) would not go out as one box I would not have used your service. But then to find out the main part of the gift was only dispatched today The day before his birthday I am horrified and disappointed as living in South Africa I cannot even send something else. Never again.

Unfortunately I am unable to review the product as 6 days after receiving my order confirmation I received a message to advise they would no longer be able to fulfill my order and I would be getting a refund. Very disappointed.

Very difficult to use birthday promotion discount. Long periods of silence following my concerns. Still have no idea if the discount has been refunded.

Made and order and then was informed two days later that they don’t deliver to my location this should be automatically updated at the checkout or else should be notified a lot sooner. Big inconvenience
