“It was nice and easy to place my order, but there could be options for gifts for male/female siblings as they are neither a parent, partner nor friend. The biggest reason for me knocking a star off though, is the payment bit... they are assuming that my first name and surname are on my payment card when in reality it's my title and first initial!”
