“Delivery was quicker than stated, excellent. I ordered two items, engraved wine bottle stopper v good quality and a 'Manchester United on this Day' book. I deducted one star as the paper cover was a bit 'scuffed' which may have happened in the personalising process, hence deducted one star, but otherwise a 5 star service.”
