“Overall very pleased with my purchase. Ordering was easy even on mobile and delivery was convenient too. I asked for my package to be delivered by the side door and guess what, I was delivered by the side door! It's online shopping like you'd expect. As for the product, I'm very pleased with it. “Purchase of our new tent arrived quickly and the tent was in perfect condition! I also appreciated that the price we paid was less than any other site I had searched for this product. **update** we took our tent out on our first adventure and the first night of rain it leaked very badly!! Seams were not sealed well at all! Happy with the style of tent, but disappointed that a brand new msr tent is not properly sealed”

“I have not had any issues. I didn't need to return. From what I recall your return policy isn't great and so I would refrain from buying unless I was certain about that brand size etc.”
