I bought snowboard boots from this store at the end of December 2023 and the boa system on ym right boot completely snapped and broke while I was riding in March 2024, about 3 months into owning the boots. This website indicates they are in warranty (obviously they shouldn’t be breaking after 3 months) and states their customer service will get back to you within 24 hours, I have reached out multiple times to customer service and no one has gotten back to me and it has been over a week. I tried to call the phone number provided and every time it says they are closed and to reach out at the info@pfro.com email address. . . But I am not getting any response from that.

I emailed your company twice with no reply, the ski poles we bought were bent at the bottom plastic pieces. Not to happy, looked like used equipment with scratched also on poles.

Ordered a helmet and unfortunately it was too small. Emailed a couple times trying to exchange for a larger size or a return and was ignored numerous times. Would shop elsewhere.

Item was over-priced, shipping rate was too expensive, shipping took far too long. I've since learned I could purchase same item direct from manufacture at half the cost, including free shipping!

They have a good selection of items but unfortunately the item I received was supposed to be snowboarding googles in a camouflage for my boyfriend but unfortunately I received leopard print ones. I emailed customer service to tell them about the mistake and the wrong picture for the item on their website but I still have not received a response after over 2 weeks…

I bought a Columbia Coat and it arrived with a damaged zip. I asked for a discount as a good will gesture because I loved the colour only to be told that I would receive the discount after I provided a receipt by the company who fixed the zip. I work 7 days a week and this would take time to do. I again asked a for a good will gesture and never heard back from the customer service representative. I thought this was disgraceful to not respond back. I will be posting a review on google also. The coat wasn’t cheap, I feel like I’ve just wasted my money.

I ordered the electric kleveland 2 goggles for my son for Xmas and they sent me the plain kleveland ones. They are the lower grade goggles but I was charged for the k2. I’m not happy at all!

I have contacted them 3 times to be removed from their email list because their subscribe button doesn’t work. I have subsequently called them and had them remove me from their email list and it still hasn’t worked. I have now reported them to the government via their anti-spam reporting program.

The item received was defective and missing parts. PRFO Sports said they would send a return label to get the refund process started, but I never received the label. It has now been over two months since I placed my order and I have yet to receive my refund. Very disappointing experience.
