“The SOIA&KYO gloves I purchased are interestingly designed. However, the magnets do not work as well as they should and require constant pressure to keep the flaps from staying put.”

“The boots themselves are very nice and super warm. My only disappointment is that my left boot has very sharp stitching by the ankle and it hurts to wear them as it cuts / scratches the back of my ankle with every step”

“I was expecting delivery around the 13th but actually received it on the 20th. If you had given a later estimate I wouldn't have minded and then been pleasantly surprised if it came early.”

“Quick delivery of order, great product. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, and the cost to return them wasn’t worth it, so I ended up keeping the too big socks. Should have read the return policy I guess. Disappointed”

“Women's 5-Ten Trailcross, do not have the traditional Stealth grip rubber (I guess Adidas as new owners, changed that) and so rode with them once to discover that they don't grip like the original Stealth rubber. VERY disappointing! I couldn't return them because of the exchange policy. I suggest they indicate that it's not the original Stealth sole.”

“jeans are good, delivered in a timely fashion. I returned a pair of vorta waist size 34 and got refunded for the vorta 33 (the 34's were 15$more). this is surely a innocent mistake, and i haven't pursued it, so it is on me i suppose.”

“Purchase of our new tent arrived quickly and the tent was in perfect condition! I also appreciated that the price we paid was less than any other site I had searched for this product. **update** we took our tent out on our first adventure and the first night of rain it leaked very badly!! Seams were not sealed well at all! Happy with the style of tent, but disappointed that a brand new msr tent is not properly sealed”
