“I enjoyed the customer service and got the board I’ve wanted for a long time. The issue I have is the laminate on the top of the board is chipping and cracking after using it one time. Waiting to see what the customer service will do about it.”

“Didn't received the item when CP tracking said it was delivered but what made it acceptable was how the owner handled the situation. He gave me my refund back after waiting for 24 hrs to see if the package will show up.”

“Skis came quickly and just as pictured! Only negative was that there was some rust on the metal of the tips, I thought this was strange as the skis are brand new. Other than that no problems at all.”

“The purchase and delivery of the watch was quick. Unfortunately, the watch did not work when I received it. The watch has been shipped back for a refund, and is still in transit. Hopefully the refund process will go as smoothly as the original purchase and return shipping. I will re-order the watch if the refund process is as quick.”

Hey David, Just saw your comments, I apologize for the delay in getting the Slush Slasher to you, Capita experienced some major delays in getting the board across the border into Canada and the photos that we use are the manufacturer supplied photos.
