“I had initially ordered my item online and it was delivered by the expected delivery date. Unfortunately, it was not the right size. I contacted PRFO regarding returning the item as I was going to be in St. Sauveur the following weekend. I brought my item to the store and it was refunded (online) with no problems at all. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is well organized with a wide variety of both hard and soft goods. I'm disappointed that I don't live closer to this gem of a store!!”
