“I ordered a Vans hoodie for my grandson for Christmas and after arrival thought that it would be too big for him. This was confirmed by his mother so I was glad that I had kept the wrapping and the receipt for the purchase and was also very pleased that there was a good window of time in which to return the purchase. I have just recently received word that the company PRFO Sports has received my return and I am expecting a partial refund on my credit card. A small percentage of my payment will be kept by the company to cover shipping costs and I am okay with that given that I had a lot of time to return the hoodie. It was easy to print the return label and instructions were clear to follow through on this return.”

“The boots themselves are very nice and super warm. My only disappointment is that my left boot has very sharp stitching by the ankle and it hurts to wear them as it cuts / scratches the back of my ankle with every step”

“You are a great local store that carries brand names. I just wish you had more newly released items and I was able to order through your store to test them before buying. I could not find the shoes I wanted in my size or almost anything that I liked. My suggestion is to take more frequent inventory and order them. And the ability to order something pick up at your store after testing the fit and the size. Thank you”
