“Bought the 28 L to use as a carry-on for my trip. It's an amazingly versatile bag with more than enough compartments to keep all your items organized. The lined laptop compartment is very well padded and even come with a separate compartment for notebook or paperwork. I'm very happy with the purchase, fast shipping and follow-up email to ensure I had a good experience.”

“It’s very difficult to find clear lens’ for goggles out there! PRFO had the lens I was searching for and at a competitive price too. Living in Vancouver you’d think there would be a shop here that would have such a lens, but no. Anyway,that wasn’t the most impressive part of my experience. Customer service hands down was the best I’ve seen online. Unfortunately I messed up and forgot my unit number on my address. PRFO immediately offered to re send the package free of charge, if it were to be returned. This was not necessary as PRFO made the extra effort to have the address corrected (not as easy as one may think). Canada post is great when the address is correct but can be a nightmare when it’s not. Lesson learnt! I could not be more happy about the lens’ I ordered for my EGV goggles. Personally I feel a clear lens with no tint is optimal for night riding but that’s my own opinion. Finding that lens was made easy and affordable through PRFO. Big ups to you guys! (The lens came in it’s own box, with the films on either side)”

“I ordered a Birkenstock sandal online and receipt was earlier than estimated delivery. The correct size was shipped but unfortunately the sandal did not fit. I requested a return label and was very promptly provided with such. Very effecient and friendly customer service. I will definitely order from this company again!!”
