“Excellent service, rapide et fiable. J'ai acheté des pantoufles en laine feutrée Glerups. Je porte normalement du 6-6,5. J'ai commandé du 7, beaucoup trop grand. J'ai commandé alors du 6. Encore trop grand. J'ai pu retourner les 2 paires dans la même boîte pour minimiser les frais de livraison. Finalement, la grandeur 5 est parfaite. Service rapide: seulement une 10aine de jours entre le premier achat et la dernière livraison. Remboursement rapide des 2 paires que j'ai retournées. Il faut prendre en considération que la laine se tasse. Donc, je recommande de prendre une grandeur plus petite.”
