“Awful company with unhelpful staff and poor quality products. They are the only company which sells the school uniform I require with the school logo. I ordered my uniform items in mid-July and still no uniform. The customer services have told me I should receive it this week, even though school starts in 2 days! I have kept my daughter's old uniform t-shirt just in case this was going to happen as I'm one of many parents in the same situation. Customer Services told me they are busy, and I understand that, but it's nothing new to them. July and August will always be their busiest time as a school uniform provider, so they should have a better plan. I've had to use this provider for the last three years and the quality still doesn't improve. The polo t-shirt goes very baggy. The cardigans buttons are very loose, so I sew an extra layer of cotton onto each one. The cardigans from experience also go very bobbly.”

“I have ordered my daughters new school uniform beginning of july, the order is still being delivered in parts. And is going to be until end of september. If I did not chase this up they had no decency to ring me or email.”

“Nearly £4 for delivery and you have to pay for returns too! My daughter's school do not take deliveries so I can't avoid this extra cost. Someone really is making a lot of money out of school uniform. I tried to avoid this by finding a local supplier, P&B told me that they had delivered a quantity of the blue PE skort I wanted, to a local uniform shop. I visited the shop where they thoroughly checked their stock and orders only to confirm they have not had any skorts from P&B in the colour I wanted. What a waste of time and now money, I just hope that the skort fits my daughter and I don't have to send it back!”

“Refused to admit they had embroidered my son’s polo shirts in the wrong thread. His school uniform shirt is white with royal blue edging. I’d ordered his polo shirts twice before and the embroidery was done in royal blue. Latest order was embroidered in navy. Queried this with P&B to be told navy was correct. Clearly no quality control in place. Disappointed”

“Poor communication. Incorrect, and lack off. Multiple calls. Emails not responded to. Please schools, don't tie parents into using this provider. You are leaving them with a poor option when guiding them how to spend THEIR money.”
