Payment was taken but the order was not processed. Two telephones call were required to sort the matter out.

I order a microwave on thurs which guaranteed delivery on Saturday! I am still waiting for my delivery. This is my first time ordering but maybe my last. I ordered based on delivery within 24hrs which has not happened. I May cancel and go elsewhere,

At the first attempt, the order appeared to go through, but did not confirm. At the second attempt, your website rejected all three of my credit cards, even though I checked thoroughly that I had entered all the information - correctly. It was very difficult to actually get the order completed; I had to phone twice and the whole process took nearly an hour. Not good! I hope your delivery will be more prompt and efficient!

Ordered Micro Wave Oven Monday 12/01/2015 at 15.53 hrs. Next day delivery therefore Wednesday 14/01/2015. Goods arrived as scheduled Wednesday at around 14.00 hrs. (Very Good) Tested Micro wave and found it to be faulty (Operating cycles working correctly but no heat/micro waves) Contacted Customer Service Department at Around 17.00 hrs who informed us that faulty goods and replacement product would be collected and replaced on Friday 16/01/2015. Faulty Micro Wave collected as informed around 09.30 hrs. Friday 16/01/2015. Remained at home for the rest of the day awaiting delivery of replacement Micro Wave which did not happen. (Not a happy customer having wasted my day and now having to repeat the process Saturday 17/01/2015 another wasted day) Replacement finally arrived Saturday 17/01/2015 at 12.50 hrs. If original goods had been in working order rating would have been Very Good. If replacement had arrived on time rating would have been Good. Due to actual circumstances rating was a decision between Poor or Very Poor.(Dissatisfied Customer)

Placed an order by phone on Tuesday 11th Nov for next day delivery, still waiting, can't get a reply from PriceTag, now when I try there phone number all you get is a recorded message from a company 08UK regarding 08 phone numbers, also emailed twice but no reply. Not the best customer service! Gordon E.

Unfortunately my order took weeks to come and I had to chase it twice. There was no way for me to track the order and I never got a phone call.

Poor delivery service and an amateur Customer Service. Sorry but if Pricetag staff tell me to expect a call from the courier service advising of a delivery time slot I don't then expect to be advised that delivery could be anything up to 8pm. I also don't then expect the delivery men to tell me that there was no way they could have phoned with a delivery time slot as they had no idea when they would be delivering and it wasn't their job to call anyway. Poor service, Pricetag. You appear hostage to a terrible delivery service and your customer service was no help whatsoever. Won't be purchasing again no matter how cheap.

Could have bought goods cheaper elsewhere but bought from here as delivery promised for Saturday, when ordered on Thursday. Goods not delivered on Saturday. No contact on Saturday to explain why. Not able to contact seller as lines are not open Sat pm. Email to customer service not responded to until Monday and then unhelpful and did not respond to my reply. Telephoned customer service on Monday - unhelpful and have not called back despite promising to return call within 15 minutes.

Hi Bryan, we're sorry to hear that. We've just checked with out courier service and they have told us that they tried to deliver the appliance to you at 1pm on the Saturday but a signature is required so they could not delivery and instead left a card to inform of you of this and rearrange delivery. pricetag advised that the courier company would phone to arrange a time & date for delivery. We did not receive a phone call and the goods were addressed to an entirely different property in the same post code! Fortunately the recipient knew me and delivered the parcel.

Early days yet as I have not received goods or notification. Web site said I would be contacted within 2 days but this changes to 5 working days after paying the money.
