“Very good service - first cartridge received was faulty and when I informed printer basics they sent out a replacement straight away. The replacement cartridge worked perfectly,I am very satisfied with the level of service I received. Thank-you”

“the substitute printer ink was rejected by the printer i thought it was not compatible however after speaking to printer basics they told me how load it so the printer accepted it and also how to get more ink out of the cartridge, a great service, many thanks”

“Having had a few generic toner cartridges at a really excellent price from Printer Basics I recently purchased a "look alike" replacement drum for my printer. I then had a problem installing it so I emailed their support team. They were very helpful and resolved all quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I now feel I have got a very good bargain yet again. Thanks to all!”
