“I have long term dealings with Printer Basics and my opinion is that they they are Excellent. Yes I have had a few at most cartridges that didn;t work but they always replaced them without question. They also advised me to ALWAYS make sure that cartridges are stored in the "Upright" position which prevents drying out. Yes there are others in the field and I have used them them prior to PB but I won't change while they trade like they do.”
