“CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE MOST HELPFUL WHEN I DISCUSSED THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING WITH BOTH HP AND CANON INKS AND RECOMMENDED I WENT TO PC WORLD AND CHECKED OUT LASER PRINTERS WITH TONER. I WENT ON EBAY AND BOUGHT A SAMSUNG EXCELLENT LASER PRINTER INSTEAD FOR £39.99 AND IT WORKS PERFECT WITH PRINTER BASICS SUBSTITUTE TONER AT £26.99 A FRACTION OF THE COST OF HP & CANNON CARTRIDGES AND PRODUCE MORE COPIES ABOUT 1000. EXCELLENT T6HANK YOU. P.S. & I CAN RETURN MY UNUSED AND UNOPENED OTHER INK CARTRIDGES WHICH I WILL DO VERY SOON”

“I have been buying my ink cartridges from printer basics for some time and their email cartridges are pretty good.recently I ordered a pair of black and colour cartridges and by mistake I ordered wrong ones. After some deliberation I contacted them and explained what I had done. I was amazed at the best customer service I received.I got replacement without any cost only paid the difference and the staff was very polite friendly and guided me .wow what a 5 star experience. Thank you AAA+”

“Printing quality not good and printer does not recognise black cartridge and shows 'empty' all the time Further to my earlier review received a call straightaway with apologies and offered replacement or money back - cannot fault customer service - excellent”
