“The service was good but I usually order only HP cartridges and this time I made a mistake and ordered the Special Offer and this was a different make but I will have to wait and see how they perform”

“I have used this firm for a number of years and always got good service. Do they make mistakes? Yes, but so does everyone. In my opinion the fact that they correct those mistakes in a manner that does not leave the customer out of pocket, or waiting for ever for a solution, speaks volumes. I will continue to trade with this firm.”

“Excellent and speedy service, considering Lexmark no longer supply ink cartridges for the X6600 series at least I am unable to purchase them from PC world which is where I bought the printer in the first case albeit 2009. It is an all-in-one and has done stirling service and does not need replacing.”

“Excellent service. I ordered wrongly but they sorted it out and exchanged them for the correct ones. Did offer a refund but I wanted their ink as it is a great price.”
