“There products arrived within started time & at a good price. When first installed they would not work as my printer would not recognise them and was saying they were empty. Eventually when I found your little slip of paper & followed the instructions they are both woring well. Thanks”

“Was disappointed to discover my newly ordered printer cartridges weren't HP but HP compatible - I hadn't noticed and now have to put up with my printer printing off a colour test chart before it will print anything else, as it knows the wrong cartridges are in! Obviously I need to remember that not all cartridges for sale with HP in the heading are HP!”

“Delivery was prompt but one of the cartridges did not work. (I used the second one instead and this did work - so it shows nothing wrong with my machine.) I now have two cartridges, one black and one colour which are useless.”
