“Only having used black ink as yet I have been completely satisfied with the results. On first loading I received the message 'Ink not recognized' but on reloading there was no problem.”

“Good quick delivery service, cartridges last well and are only a fraction of the cost of original manufacturer's. I did have the initial problem of my printer not recognising the cartridge, but this was easily overcome by following the instructions enclosed with my order. Chris”

“I ordered two set of cartridges and put one in today and it advised ink low! I printed a few pages and it then advised no ink. I then inserted the second set of cartdrides and it showed as attached picture low ink before I had used it. I normally get 6 months of use out of the cartridges. I'm not sure if this is correct but they are not value for money and I would like replacements. Or a refund.”

“Quick easy option - appear to work same as standard- pricing very good - just would prefer a quicker turnaround service - took 7 days which seems very long when confirmation of order is very speedy . So don't wait until your cartridges have run out to repeat your order”
