“Except for one isolated faulty cartridge over many years I have purchased cartridges from PB for both my printers, which have been sent quickly and have been of very high quality. The faulty one was replaced quickly and without question, and I was sent a post free returns envelope without delay. Prices are good too, which means I will continue to purchase from PB for my future needs.”

“Ordered 2 ink cartridges for canon MX series printer. Only printerbasics had the best price. Very pleased with order and delivery process. Easy yo navigate website and order delivered within 2 days. The cartridges work perfect. The only problem is the printer interface on PC still shows ink status as ' running low' . Although printing fine . Not sure if this is down to some setup or refresh step i have missed”

Customer satisfaction is very important as we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and I am sorry that this has not been the case with yourself. Would it be possible to speak to you to resolve this issue? Good Afternoon Kathryn, Order Number PB171011-LV111929 We are sorry to hear that you are having a problem with the (301XL) Compatible Black Ink Cartridge (TEXT QUALITY) supplied by ourselves. It sounds as though a couple of the nozzles are blocked or the ink needs a little encouragement in being released - this is common when a cartridge has been stored for a while or is new. To help rectify this please follow these instructions to run a cleaning program on your printer. 1. Open the control panel menu and select "printers." 2. Choose the printer to be cleaned and right click. Select "properties" in the drop-down menu. 3. Choose the tab for cleaning. Various printers might have it listed under different names such as services, cleaning or maintenance. 4. Select the printer's cleaning program. (Shown as “Nozzle Clean” “Deep Clean” or similar) As you are using a 'Text Quality' cartridge I would also recommend to go onto your printers maintenance settings, you should be able to change your printers settings to "Picture Quality", this will ensure a better quality of print. If you find that after following this procedure you are still having a problem please let me know by contacting us on 0208 174 0099 and confirm if you would be happy for us to replace the cartridge for you.
