“Very pleased with advice and guidance from staff prior to placing order. Was presented with several options in terms of product specification and pricing which assisted me in choosing most suitable product. Delivery was swift too. Replacement bulbs have improved outside lighting via wall mounted up/down lighters. Would be pleased to use Printer Basics again.”

“I have bought compatible HP 301 XL colour and black cartridges from Printer Basics and the quality seems just as good as HP originals to me, and I make a lot of greetings cards using A4 photographic paper. I did have one issue of a colour cartridge not working, and there was no problem in requesting a replacement and returning the faulty one. I must say I have found the staff extremely polite and helpful.”
