“The product is a complete scam. I installed both the black & coloured cartridges but I was only able to print 5 pages with the black ink & nothing at all with the coloured ink... I kept taking out both cartridges and reinstalling them but each time I try, it brings messages such as ink volume not known, ink cartridge empty, a cartridge that was once used is replaced. I thought I could get a bargain but I got was utter disappointment and this happened at a time I needed my printouts urgently. I will never introduce printer basics to anyone for whatever reasons. Thank you.”
