“Prompt service. My printer shows that my colour is empty even though your new colour cartridge had been inserted, I tried everything but it still shows empty but it prints colours OK so I don't mind. Havent needed to insert the black one yet, so will see what happens with that. Otherwise satisfied, thanks.”

“I have been a customer with Printer Basics for a long time. Their web site is very "Customer Friendly". It is easy to find the correct cartridge for your particular printer. Sometimes they give special offers, which I can use. Best of all, their cartridges work perfectly well, and the colours in the prints out, are excellent. Their prices are very competitive too.”
