You sold me cartridges your website says are compatible with my printer, however they are not.

Last lot of ink purchased poorer than before. Changed b/w and coulor cartridge, and black prints light grey not black. All jets have been cleaned.

Good Afternoon Kathryn, Order Number PB171011-LV111929 We are sorry to hear that you are having a problem with the (301XL) Compatible Black Ink Cartridge (TEXT QUALITY) supplied by ourselves. It sounds as though a couple of the nozzles are blocked or the ink needs a little encouragement in being released - this is common when a cartridge has been stored for a while or is new. To help rectify this please follow these instructions to run a cleaning program on your printer. 1. Open the control panel menu and select "printers." 2. Choose the printer to be cleaned and right click. Select "properties" in the drop-down menu. 3. Choose the tab for cleaning. Various printers might have it listed under different names such as services, cleaning or maintenance. 4. Select the printer's cleaning program. (Shown as “Nozzle Clean” “Deep Clean” or similar) As you are using a 'Text Quality' cartridge I would also recommend to go onto your printers maintenance settings, you should be able to change your printers settings to "Picture Quality", this will ensure a better quality of print. If you find that after following this procedure you are still having a problem please let me know by contacting us on 0208 174 0099 and confirm if you would be happy for us to replace the cartridge for you. I ordered two cartridges and when I inserted them, my printer light was flashing, telling me to check the cartridges. I put the original ones back in and they seem fine. I did try the replacement cartridges several times but got the same warning light.

The delivery and packaging was excellent but unfortunately my printer did not recognise the colour cartridge and had to purchase one from Currys because of the urgency....disappionting. I havent opened the black yet but fear the same problem.

Avoid these liars! I needed some ink urgently and I paid extra next day charge and at least 25% more than several of their competitors just because they promised next day delivery. After 2 days I called and said how urgent it was and said I was really disappointed. I was told by some shirty assistant that they had had a stock take and he didn't want an argument. Eventually I had waited 4 days Really!!

Low Ink in cartridge. This has happened before and when I contacted you I was informed this was a "one off" and I should clean the heads if the ink was not coming out. No, I had used the ink in the half filled cartridge in short time and as this is not a "one off" I will not be purchasing from you in the future. I do not wish to pay for fresh air.

Thank you for your review. Printers can sometimes refuse to show correct ink if it recognises the cartridge is not a branded cartridge. You should be able to ignore the message and continue to print perfectly till the cartridge is empty, you will know this by the quality of prints, as soon as it starts to fade then that is the time to change the cartridge. I have also emailed you separately with further advice.

I ordered two set of cartridges and put one in today and it advised ink low! I printed a few pages and it then advised no ink. I then inserted the second set of cartdrides and it showed as attached picture low ink before I had used it. I normally get 6 months of use out of the cartridges. I'm not sure if this is correct but they are not value for money and I would like replacements. Or a refund.

unfortunately the price was a reflection of the quality. The cartridges was not re-chipped or chip-zero'ed. When inserting these into my MG4250 they both read as empty...

Cartridges did not last for anything like the time of the original low capacity ones provided with the printer. Now using local supplier.

540xl and 540xl cartridges for Canon. .. Arrived quickly, no installation problems and the colours were good BUT, these cartridges have lasted nowhere near as long as our usual standard capacity canon cartridges, we can only conclude that we've made a loss by using these cartridges rather than any kind of saving...disappointed..!!

Good job I ordered 2 packs, the first pack I put in the printer was terrible. The ink must have been dry, all it printed was blue but the second pack seems to be o.k.

The claim that the print cartridge "comes with a fully integrated chip unlike many other cheaper alternatives" is misleading, the chip is not fully integrated because it isn't able to monitor the ink levels. The fact that it doesn't monitor ink levels makes it the same as most other cheaper alternatives.

I ordered one HP301 black and one HP301 colour, however a HP301 black arrived ok, the other cartridge is a Picture Expert in black which I did not order. Not very impressed but to much trouble to return.

Delivered quickly but quality of cartridge was poor. Problems printing from the first sheet and by the time 12 poorly printed sheets had come of my printer, with only one or two lines even visible, I was getting the message that ink was low and cartridge needed replacing. Won't be buying again.

1st. cartridge used lasted about 1 month & we only use the printer occasionally. Our previous suppliers@ cartridges lasted over twice as long, so not good value for money.
