“The delivery and packaging was excellent but unfortunately my printer did not recognise the colour cartridge and had to purchase one from Currys because of the urgency....disappionting. I havent opened the black yet but fear the same problem.”

Good Afternoon Mr Hoyles, Order Number PB170811-LV109690 I have noticed that you have left feedback on Dash.Reviews stating "The delivery and packaging was excellent but unfortunately my printer did not recognise the colour cartridge and had to purchase one from Currys because of the urgency....disappionting.
