“You have an excellent customer service. Whenever things have gone gone, you've been there to advice and even replace the cartridges. The deliveries are prompt and I cannot remember I've ever been unhappy with your services. Well done and keep it up.”

“Reply to my problem with compatabilty .l would like to suggest adding a note regarding usual problems when changing inks with different printers,most do not tell you how to reset them but service good and will use again”

“I have used Printer Basics for quite a few years now. Their prices are consistently competitive and orders arrive promptly and well packaged. I've never had any issues with the compatible inks that I purchase. Even if I saw the inks slightly cheaper elsewhere, I would still purchase from Printer Basics. Tried, tested and trusted!”
