“Avoid these liars! I needed some ink urgently and I paid extra next day charge and at least 25% more than several of their competitors just because they promised next day delivery. After 2 days I called and said how urgent it was and said I was really disappointed. I was told by some shirty assistant that they had had a stock take and he didn't want an argument. Eventually I had waited 4 days Really!!”

“Now used them several times and must say that their "compatible" products are just as good as the manufacturer originals but at a fraction of the price. Extremely good value for money and efficient delivery and products well packed. Will probably just keep using Printer Basics as experience with some other cartridge suppliers not so positive. Excellent service.”
