“good customer service. always willign to help. I found that the black compatible cartridges work wellon my HP1510, howver the colour ones seem to fail. Thsi may just be a HP thing not a cartidge thing. I tried a few colour compatible cartidges they failed as the colours they produced did nto represent what was on the screen. Howeve rupon replacing iwth a colour HP original . it worked fine . Like I said It may just be HP not Printerbasics”

“Why has every cartridge I have purchased from you never print more than 1 or 2 A4 sheets then stop printing, the recent purchase of black and colour cartridges stopped printing after had an erro”

“Low Ink in cartridge. This has happened before and when I contacted you I was informed this was a "one off" and I should clean the heads if the ink was not coming out. No, I had used the ink in the half filled cartridge in short time and as this is not a "one off" I will not be purchasing from you in the future. I do not wish to pay for fresh air.”

Thank you for your review. Printers can sometimes refuse to show correct ink if it recognises the cartridge is not a branded cartridge. You should be able to ignore the message and continue to print perfectly till the cartridge is empty, you will know this by the quality of prints, as soon as it starts to fade then that is the time to change the cartridge. I have also emailed you separately with further advice.
