“Everyone wants to know how they have done before the products have been used. I have bought a product claimed to do twice the life for twice the price. I have not been able to test it. My HP photosmart 5520 gobbles cartridges, is not reliable and insists I use OEM cartridges which you supply at reasonable prices. I cannot say more.”

“The Photo Paper I ordered came from Switzerland and arrived in 3 days. Very Good. The quality of the paper was very good, considering the bargain price and 2 for 1 offer!”

Dear Peter, Thank you for your review. I see from your order that we did dispatch the order to you via Royal Mail on 25th November 2016, same day as you placed it online. Delivery should be within 3-4 days, however, deliveries can take within 2-7 working days to arrive. This is always stated on the email confirmation that you receive after placing the order. “I have bought compatible HP 301 XL colour and black cartridges from Printer Basics and the quality seems just as good as HP originals to me, and I make a lot of greetings cards using A4 photographic paper. I did have one issue of a colour cartridge not working, and there was no problem in requesting a replacement and returning the faulty one. I must say I have found the staff extremely polite and helpful.”

“The order was actioned quickly and efficiently and delivery was fast and on time. As I have a new(ish) printer I now only buy genuine Canon inks. They are far superior to "compatible" inks and seem to last longer. I am highly satisfied with Printer Basics and recommend the service they offer to friends and family.”
