“The consistent quality of the inks. Are first class, the only niggle I have is that the tape over the cartridge vent is difficult to get off cleanly. The position the tape breaks is inevitably at the vent area”

“"1. The prices are competitive\r\n2. They are customer focussed. For eg there are occasions when the perishing cartridge won't work . . . I have experienced this a few times. They stick to their promise and guarantee their cartridges for 2 years. If a cartridge doesn't work, they don't quibble but send you a replacement. I have never experienced any bother with Printer Basics and will continue to buy their cartridges when they treat me well. "”

“good customer service. always willign to help. I found that the black compatible cartridges work wellon my HP1510, howver the colour ones seem to fail. Thsi may just be a HP thing not a cartidge thing. I tried a few colour compatible cartidges they failed as the colours they produced did nto represent what was on the screen. Howeve rupon replacing iwth a colour HP original . it worked fine . Like I said It may just be HP not Printerbasics”
