“Excellent service and price”

“Quick service, ink delivered in two days very good service. Now for the "but" My printer is a HP Envy model 5530. My printer does not like non HP cartridges. It seems to put up barriers to force me to buy genuine HP cartridges. I can get the printerbasics to work but the print quality is not good. I do not think HP or any other printer maker should try and force me to buy their over priced products.”

“The service is fine, but unfortunately the colour cartridge will not activate the HP Envy 3350 and even after damp wiping the copper contact and drying it repeatedly I get the sam message that the colour cartridge is exhausted. This is frustrating and is not particular to your product.”

“Was a bit dubious about purchasing "Text Quality" black inkjet cartridge for my HP5652 printer at £2.88 each including vat and delivery but so far it's performing ok. I'll see how long it lasts compared to my previous compatibles but will seriously consider it's performance and price next time I am looking for cartridges. Sales lady was very helpful and not at all pushy, she inspired confidence in product.”
