“The product was delivered on time and I was happy with the price. When I loaded the cartridges at first it did not copy what I wanted copying missing out lines so I went on my setup mode maintenance and did nozzle check,head cleaning,print head alignment and it is working well.”

“I sent you an email on the 7th of January to say that the yellow cartridge was not being accepted by my printer. You did not bother to respond to this therefore , I have rated you as poor”
