“The wrong ink has been sent and even after multiple attempts to contact Printer Ink Direct informing them of this, they have not returned any emails. Be wary of using them as they send you the wrong product and do not rectify.”

“HI I BOUGHT INK FOR MY PRINTER. THE ORDER NUMBER IS 1079032. WHEN I PUT THIS IN IN MY PRINTER THE MESSAGE CAME THAT ONE OF MORE OF THE CARTRIDGES ARE DAMAGED OR FAULTY. AND I COULD NOT USE MY PRINTER. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY BUT THERE WAS NO OTHER CONTACT NUMBER I SENT AN EMAIL BUT I DID NOT GET ANY REPLY AFTER THE LAST OF 8DAYS . I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEIR RESPONSE BUT GET WILL NOT GET THROUGH A WASTAGE OF MONEY AND TIME.”
