“I am a first time customer and ordered ink as the price was very competitive. When I received my ink it stated on the side it had to be used by Dec 2024. Given it’s almost October, that means I would need to use the ink within 3 months, which I know I won’t given the amount of ink I purchased. I’ll be lucky to use 25% of the ink by then. I messaged the company who said the ink will be fine and have said if I have any problems to come back to them and they will send out replacement ink. So let’s see what happens.”

“"I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I was sent completely the wrong inks, and I've been trying to contact customer service for over a week now with no response. Multiple emails and calls have gone unanswered, and I still have no idea how to get the correct items or a refund. This level of service is unacceptable. I won't be ordering from here again and strongly advise others to be cautious.”
