“I am sorry to say the ink cartridge I originally ordered does not fit my printer. My daughter has ordered another one with the correct model using the same credit card, for which I am still waiting delivery. It is not clear about your return procedures and refunds for the incorrect model WHICH I NEED TO return”

“These guys are excellent. Been using them for a few years now, but had a problem recently with my order going missing. Martin was straight on to it and arranged a replacement. Can't fault these guys, their products or customer service - brilliant. Thank you Printer Ink Direct.”

“Haven't tried the product yet but very impressed with the ordering and delivery. Ordered at 15:42 on 28/7/20 & product was on doormat at 09:30 on 29/7/20. Excellent service!”
