“Please write a short review of Printer Ink Direct This is a dreadful company. I put my order in and they were happy to take my money. They then sent me the wrong printer cartridges. I immediately emailed them to tell them so, asked for the correct ones to be sent and also for a return label so that I could return the wrong ones to them. They didn't reply to this, never mind carry out my request. Over the past 12 days I have emailed them a further three times, but got absolutely no response from this company at all. So I am £23 out of pocket with apparently no prospect of any kind of satisfactory outcome. I strongly suggest you AVOID them. I would give them NO STARS if there was any way of doing this. 1 Minimum 10 characters.”

“Several first printing attempts with new ink failed to print completely. After more attempts the black print showed but colours were very faint. At best the colours are pale. Is this ink supposed to perform better and be compatible with Epsom XP442?”
