“The inks came on time, but on opening them I found one of thr coloures was a diffarent make and shape to the rest of them. I do not think this odd one will fit the printer, it is unopened, so I would like to return this one back to you. could you please send me a return lable. I hope you read this review. Thank you. “Ink is excellent value and have had no issues regarding compatability. Delivery is slightly slower than the big retailers but that is not an issue when restocking office supplies. There is no access to Invoices on the online account which is the only criticism I would have, however they can be requested via email or phone.”

“I ordered printer ink for my Epson printer but when I Loaded the ink the printer would not work and came up with a fault number. I compared the printer ink numbers with the previous ones and they were completely different. I had been sent the wrong cartridges. I contacted Printer ink direct who agreed they had made a mistake and immediately sent the correct inks within two days. I would rate this as an excellent response by this business”
