“Absolutely awful experience! I caution anyone using the site. I spent hours collating my parent in law Christmas present and opted for the most expensive photo book of their rage. I submitted the order over a week ago and chased up with their customer support (after waiting for an hour) who assured me that my photo book was in the final stages of printing! On Saturday evening I get a bland to the point email that my order has been cancelled because the file is blank! When I replied immediately and questioned the validity of the excuse I got no reply.i have asked for a full refund and heard nothing back so there goes £126 wasted! On top of that what would have been a lovely present for my parent in law who are flying in from Italy this Christmas is completely ruined! I am furious and so unbelievably disappointed by the service their staff and their attitude”
“I ordered an A4 calendar priced at £8.85 on the website plus £5.99 postage. Total should be £14.84 but I was charged £18.57. I have a screen shot showing my order summary with prices incorrectly totalled. I have emailed the company twice with a copy of the screen shot and complaining of overcharging but have not received a reply or even an acknowledgement of the email. They need to sort out their customer services if they expect good reviews. I feel cheated by them.”
“These people are deceptive... They promote a discounted "gift card". When you try to redeem the e gift card for a product ... It is not a gift card at all... It is a discount coupon. Trying to reach customer service ?! Good luck for the non existent phone number nor is there a chat!”
“This company is awesome. I had an issue, and they didn't pause a moment and totally cleared up the problem. They really stand behind their products. I've sent two coupons to others because they saw how good our blanket turned out. They were able to make the delivery happen in time for a wedding present. The couple were REALLY thrilled with it. “Printerpix has gone above and beyond to help with my issue. My first order was sent to the wrong place by UPS. It was supposed to go to Canada but it went to Florida instead!!! Printerpix (although a little slow responding to emails)acknowledged the issue and Victor in customer support got it replaced and redelivered for me. Victor, you are a legend and I really appreciate your assistance. I would definitely recommend Printerpix to all my friends and family.”

I ordered a mink touch throw as a memorial gift for my sister. The text was somewhat blurry, once the image I used was scaled to size. I chatted with a rep & printerpix graciously agreed to reprint the throw, no charge...not even shipping. They go above & beyond for their customers. And the mink touch throw blankets are sooooo sooooofffttt! This is like my 6th blanket & won't be my last! We LOVE PrinterPix!!”

“Had an offer for printerpix via groupon for a calendar. Spent ages uploading and arranging pictures, only for their website to keep having technical faults when I was trying to get through to checkout. Couldn't complete checkout, tried to call them and after being on hold for 25 minutes I gace up.
Spent another 20 minutes on chat to Groupon trying to get my money back.”
“We bought a Groupon for 4 canvas pics. Made the order on June 4th. I saw nothing was being shipped for the longest time. No tracking number was being sent. When you go to the site to track it, it’s just a confusing site to navigate. I emailed them countless of times. I got an automated reply the first time, the rest of the emails were ignored. I finally just opened up a dispute with PayPal. Surprise, surprise, within a week, we got a tracking number. We finally received our order today (July 29th), almost 2 months from the order date. The $37 in shipping that we paid consisted of all 4 of the 12x10 canvas prints thrown in a huge box with no cushioning. The box even had where you can score it down so it can fit better, but no, they were too lazy to even do that. We were really surprised there was no damage with how it was packed. The quality of the canvas prints is pretty cheap but at this point, we don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it. Never again will we be ordering from this company.”
