“Profile staff were very helpful and explained exactly what was happening at each step of the process. The Financial Advisor was able to breakdown my pension needs, explain what I currently had in place (like most people you set these things up and never give it much thought again) and what other choices were available. He pointed out that the pension I currently had was supposed to be "with bonuses" and that there had been no bonus made for many year - something I would never have picked up myself. As there was no obligation to change I felt more at ease and not under pressure. Glad I took the opportunity to have a Pension Review”

“I like others always worry when swapping things over to different banks etc,but I must admit this experience with Profile has gone through very well so far. Let's hope I see a good return when I retire,well done Profile.”

“I found that the information I was given was clear, unbiased and well presented. Any questions I had were answered and explained without any fuss by an advised who obviously new about the different pension schemes on offer and which one would be most suited to my particular needs.”

“I was quite worried about discussing my pension, my plans and my future with an absolute stranger, but the discussion was very easy, the advice helpful and the outcome good for me. I'd certainly recommend anyone to give it a go. It might be very worthwhile.”

“I was very sceptical about trusting a company that called me out of the blue but they are 100% legitimate. The agent that called me was very professional and knew what she was talking about. She explained everything so that I understood the need to change my pension provider. She gave me all the figures so I knew exactly what I was dealing with and I really felt that I could trust her. Not only did she find me a better pension scheme she also set me up with an agent to help find me suitable life insurance. I'm really grateful to her for that. I have nothing but good things to say about Profile. Thank you.”

“Having been with my previous Pension Provider I was very disappointed at the lack of contact & the plan it was set up for. “I found the guy's all very welcoming if not a little text book at times. They were very thorough and applied no pressure to sign up at any time.. The text that is sent out to accompany the telephone conversation is clear and easy to understand. Would certainly recommend people to at least listen.”

“A very good Pension review by an extremely proffessional and pleasant adviser, who outlined the findings of my review and provided a breakdown of her findings with comparisons to other pensions providers, which resulted in me moving my pension to a provider who on previous information available would have given me a better return and have a far lower administration charge. My adviser was freely available to answer my questions and provide assurance on the proposed change.”
