“I would like to say from the first time of contact I have been totally informed of all my options in reviewing my pensions, I feel the correct advise and structure, were presented in a professional manner and I am now in a better place with my future for retiring, I had pensions lying dormant not working for me were I had no idea they were not performing as they should have been, The advisor I am in contact with explained all my options available to me at the time of interview, I feel this was exceptional advise given to me and I now feel very happy and looking forward to my pensions performing as they should, Thank you to profile solutions for all the professional advise and help I have received so far. “Always a concern when dealing with large amounts of money over the phone. But happy to say review and phone call with adviser was very professional, very open with information on my existing pensions and the recommended future investment. Upfront with costs involved. My only concern was not receiving a closing letter from one of my previous investments about the transfer, but happy to login and see that all had gone ahead. Thats hope investment continues to grow!! Fingers crossed..”
