“Price was about average but the quality of the product and the service I received was exceptional. They followed up on my email within an hour and shipping my product out the same day. Upon arrival it was in a double boxed shipment and the lamp itself was basically identical to the original Epson lamp that came with the projector.”

“had trouble with projector and thought I needed a new lamp. After buying a new one, I was still having issues so I called for refund and they ended up taking time to troubleshoot with me. Turns out it wasn't a lamp issue but a dust issue--after a good cleaning it fired right up, picture looks great. saved me a ton of money and hassle. A+”

“Order 142039: ended up not needing the lamp we ordered as we got a new projector for Christmas. I emailed them for return information. They got back to me the same day with all of the instructions, and it was as easy as possible. Our refund came through almost immediately after they received it. Great American Customer Service!”

“My Benq beamer works finally. I bought a lamp from amazon and it made the colors flicker and I thought the beamer was broken. I saw a post online about this company so I called them and they said it might be a defective lamp. I bought one of theirs and my beamer works perfectly. I was ready to buy a new beamer and now I don't have to. I'm really happy with the people at projectorlamps. thanks. Nasser”

“Shipped my TV bulb the same day. Took my payment over the phone and I was able to watch TV again by the end of the week. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes. The girl I talked to was super helpful. I'll buy another bulb there when this one blows.”

“Wow, what a great find. I ordered my Sony TV replacement lamp (XL5200) last night and it arrived this morning and it worked perfectly. I ordered an OEM replacement from Amazon (High priced one) and the picture was half the brightness of the original. The one from ProjectorLamps is brighter than my original. I highly recommend them.”

“Great service. Product is always in stock. I get my lamp in 2 to 3 days max. Can't beat them. Price was lower than any competitor. With this stay at home orders, might get 2 to just be safe lol.”

“With the pandemic restrictions, we wanted to use our old projector outside. Projectorlamps.com had a nice quality bulb for our older Mitsubishi projector. They processed and shipped it the same day. We really enjoy the movie nights.”
