“course ok, lot to take in in three days, first instructor not very good, second one has a lot more experience, course a bit unclear, I went on the course because I was under the impression this was the way to get membership of the PCA, still no further forward with that, or any idea on next steps.”

“Pre-exam there was no revision material provided unless the CSJK prep course is undertaken. It became apparent that the prep course advises you of the syllabus and guidance note but most people undertake this course only a couple of weeks before they take the exam which does not provide enough time for suitable revision. I recommend that anyone who books onto the exam is provided with the syllabus and guidance note at least a month before the exam if this is possible.”

“The PCA delivered an outstanding training course. Both the content and delivery were clear, concise and well planned. The supporting material was comprehensive and easy to use. Training during Covid was well managed and even lunch was still provided. Overall fantastic, the loss of the point was only due to the venue being a little tired and at times noisy from a neighbouring business.”

“the course was very informative, but I think it should have been split into 2 groups. Group one that are sitting the exam. Group 2 for general information, as some of the content was a bit too much indepth”

“A lot of content in small modules, presented very well. Would be good to be able to still access pre recorded videos after module! Module slides preloaded night before so no time to revise them for online zoom call”
