“Customer service, price and delivery were all more than satisfactory. The only disappointment I have is not having a breakdown of property taxes: what amount/% for schools city/county and the rest of breakdown. perhaps another source provides. “Absolutely the best property information I found and it is very helpful with some additional information I did not expect. This report was well setup and presented. There is one challenge as the map location and street view were incorrect. The location was about a half mile off but the street view showed somewhere else.”

“I am satisfied with my property valuation report. Our family is the second owner of this property since 1964. This 5 bedroom house has 1 3/4 baths, full basement, attached shed, rear fenced in yard with cement porch and lawn located on a tree lined street of mostly homeowners who are long term residents. Though it needs a little sprucing up, I am very happy with my home!”
